User ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:Send messages only to individuals who have explicitly opted inProvide clear, relevant, and non-deceptive messaging contentInclude required disclosures in all messages:“Message and data rates may apply”Clear opt-out instructions (reply STOP)Protect all login credentials and access pointsComply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as carrier and platform policies
5. Opt-In & Opt-Out RequirementsAll recipients must provide affirmative consent before receiving messages. Opt-in methods include web forms, verbal consent with documentation, or customer-initiated requests. Opt-out is honored immediately when a recipient replies

8. Service AvailabilityWhile Unifi strives to maintain uninterrupted service, message delivery depends on carrier networks, AI system performance, and internet connectivity. Unifi is not liable for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery.
9. Liability and DisclaimersUnifi provides services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. You agree that Unifi is not responsible for:Damages arising from message delivery issuesCosts incurred from compliance violations due to user misuseAny indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
